Abstract
Africa is one of the continents with the lowest number of clinical trials globally. There are certain reasons why this number is so low. These include poor infrastructure, low resources, human capacity, limited exposure, delays in regulatory and ethical reviews, and deficient appropriate training. A history of excluding ethnically diverse research participants in clinical research has resulted in insufficient healthcare outcomes, which is increasingly becoming noticeable. Infiuss Health is a remote clinical trial platform whose mission is to bring in more clinical trials in Africa. They help to source the best Principal Investigators, Investigational sites and participants for all research needs.
