Job Description
Infiuss Health is a patient recruitment platform that streamlines clinical research operations for global
pharma companies and researchers looking to do research in Africa. Our platform aggregates healthcare
data from various sources and uses it to quickly find eligible participants for clinical trials and clinical
research.

Responsibilities
  • Actively prospects and leverages potential new partnerships, collaborations, and joint solutions with sites, labs, Principal investigators, and other vendors as needed.
  • Secures and retains vital partnerships through professional and proactive sales of product solutions and services within the clinical research business unit.
  • Keeps a strong business acumen within clinical trials as it applies to protocols (with emphasis on primary, secondary, and safety endpoints), and provides technical presentations of our solutions.
  • Identifies and listens to the client’s needs to propose a full solution approach that solves problems.
  • Maintains operational oversight over team and partners, ensuring proper compliance and procedures are maintained.
  • Cultivates strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within accounts. Develops in-depth knowledge of the clinical trials market and key accounts within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and CRO industries.
  • Develops proposals with an overall solution summary to highlight alignment with the client’s needs.
  • Proactively manages all follow-up-related questions to drive the timely completion of contracts and proposals.
  • Maintains high visibility within partner organizations. Monitors client satisfaction prior to, during, and after clinical trial execution.
  • Documents regularly to maintain a record of all partner activities. Keeps an updated activity report and dashboard for team members. Provides regular partnership updates.
  • Works directly with all levels of our organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
The position requires approximately 50% travel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
working at a computer for extended periods.

The Individual
  • Bachelor’s or masters degree in science, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a prior strategic business development role within healthcare and pharma sales.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience with sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success with developing and sustaining strong client and partner relationships.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills and has managed discussions of technical concepts succinctly and effectively across different audiences (e.g., non-healthcare professional, primary care, specialist practice), internally and externally.
  • Professional team player who works collaboratively with colleagues, management, and staff across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to professionally manage effective and time-sensitive cross-cultural business interactions.
